75 by May 16

So everyone's been so great and supportive about my move to a healthier lifestyle. The running program is going great, even though I don't have the greatest stamina! But today I was the only one out of our group of six to show up. Rain shmain!

Signed up for singles softball downtown starting May 16. That should be interesting since I haven't swung a bat since high school. :) also signed up for a kickboxing class that starts in a couple weeks. Can't WAIT for that, I miss kickboxing!

But anywho, the real reason for my post is to put my new goal out there in the public. I want to be at 75 total pounds lost by May 16. It'll be hard, but I think I can do it! I definitely hit a plateau and my weight loss has stalled a bit in the last few months. But time to kick it into gear and be more active and more importantly, make better eating decisions! So, YOU!, feel free to hold me to it. The more support the better. :)

And for the longer term goal, hoping to be down 100 pounds by mid-September (whiiich shouldn't be too bad assuming I hit my first goal). I'm excited to see the new me! :)
